1. Printify Connect

We have opted into the Printify Connect service. This means that Printify directly handles all aspects of returns and refunds for our products. Their dedicated team ensures that any issues with your order are resolved swiftly and efficiently.

2. No Direct Returns to Hamsters Club

Given our partnership with Printify, please note:

  • We do not handle returns or refunds directly at Hamsters Club.

  • All return and refund requests should be directed to Printify via the process described below.

  3. Contact Returns & Refunds: Should you need to initiate a return or request a refund due to receiving a product that is not as ordered or damaged, use the contact options in the order confirmation email. Printify’s dedicated team will guide you through the necessary steps.

  4. Resolution: Printify will assess the situation and determine the appropriate action, be it a replacement product or a refund.
