Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers red, yellow, or orange
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped apple ensure seeds are removed
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach or kale
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients:Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Using a cutting board and knife, finely chop the carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, apple, broccoli, and spinach or kale into small, hamster-friendly pieces.
  • Mix the Salad:In a mixing bowl, combine all the chopped ingredients: carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, apple, broccoli, and greens. Add the finely chopped fresh parsley and chia seeds (if using). Gently toss the mixture to ensure everything is well combined.
